KERN-LIEBERS Italia emerged from the acquisition of 3M Mollificio in 2005 and has close to 60 employees today working in a manufacturing plant of 6,000 m². The continuous investments in technology and human resources turned KERN-LIEBERS Italia into a reference company for spring manufacturing in Italy and abroad, gathering the most important challenges.
KERN-LIEBERS Italia is always close to the customer. In the design phase, we offer our vast experience and knowledge of springs. We guarantee to deliver quality products made with care and in compliance with the ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standard, a service that meets and exceeds our customers‘ needs.
KERN-LIEBERS Italia is specialized in the production of wire, compression, torsion, traction and wire-bent springs. Our production capacity and technological background allow us to serve the most demanding and challenging markets such as automotive, hydraulic and industrial mechanics.
KERN-LIEBERS Italia is able to offer a complete "in-house" production process, including winding, stress relieving, shot blasting, grinding, color-marking and chamfering. For surface treatment is we hold partnerships with trusted external suppliers.
In addition to the wire springs division KERN-LIEBERS Italia has a sales office for the textile aftermarket industry, and a sales office supporting customers for products such as bent, stamped, fineblanked, strip springs and more - all parts made by KERN-LIEBERS outside Italy.
